Lifetime Membership Awards Program

Lifetime Membership Awards recognize the contribution P.E.I. Senior Citizens' Federation members have made to their respective clubs.

 

These awards are presented by a member of the P.E.I. Senior Citizens' Federation Board of Directors upon request of a seniors club to members in good standing to celebrate their contributions to their club and local community.

 

Mary Ann Bernard of Summerside was the first recipient of the P.E.I. Senior Citizens' Federation's Lifetime Membership Award.

 

"Mary Ann Bernard is an active member of the Parkview Seniors' Club," said Parkview President Joyce McCardle. "She is one of our most dedicated members. She participates in bingo, cards and bus trips . . . last year she went bowling and beat the socks off of me."

 

The recipients of the Lifetime Membership Award receive a framed certificate and are no longer required to pay annual membership dues to the P.E.I. Senior Citizens' Federation.
