Club locations include: Bedeque, Belfast, Borden-Carlton, Cambridge, Cardigan, Charlottetown, Cornwall, Crapaud, DeBlois, Dunstaffnage, East Royalty, Fort Augustus, Georgetown, Kensington, Kinkora, Miscouche, Montague, Mont-Carmel, Morell, Mount Stewart, Munns Road, Murray Harbour, New London, North Rustico, O'Leary, Rustico, St. Peters, Souris, Stratford, Summerside, Tracadie, West Royalty and Wheatley River. Some areas have more than one club.

Clubs usually hold monthly business/social meetings as well as regular activities including art classes, bingo, bowling, cards, ceilidhs, cooking classes, craft groups, dances, darts and games, exercise groups, line dancing, theatre groups, shuffleboard and yoga. In addition, clubs may have guest speakers, group trips and other special activities.
