Our Meetings

​

The PEI Senior Citizens' Federation hosts two meetings each year.  Our Annual General Meeting is held in May in Charlottetown and our General Meeting is held in October and alternates between Prince and Kings Counties.

 

The day is an enjoyable mix of interesting speakers, great entertainment, door prizes and awards, and delicious food. The atmosphere is celebratory and social.

 

Our Charlottetown Annual General Meetings in May usually attract about 240 attendees from across the Island. Our October meetings in Prince or Kings county attract about 180 attendees.   

 

Seniors' Federation meetings are typically open to all Island seniors (adults 50+), both members and non-members. However, only members may participate in the Annual General Meeting business meeting which is held in the afternoon. Non-members may remain for the business portion of the meeting as an observer.

Registration will open at 8:30 am. Meeting begins at 9:30 am.

Entertainment will be provided prior to lunch.

A hot chicken dinner will be served at noon.

Business portion of the meeting will begin at 1 pm.

Registration forms with additional details will be distributed to member clubs in early April.

Preregistration and prepayment are required.
